Part of the Keys Education family
I am both pleased and proud to welcome you to Westfield House School. As a small and nurturing institution, we are dedicated to supporting each child on their educational journey. Many of our students have faced significant challenges, leading to prolonged periods of disengagement and disaffection with their education. These experiences can often have a detrimental impact on their previous levels of achievement and motivation.
At Westfield House, we are committed to ensuring that all students receive a meaningful and worthwhile education. Our goal is to foster an environment where they can experience achievement, success, and increased independence. I am fortunate to lead an amazing, resourceful, and dedicated team of staff who work collaboratively to create a school atmosphere that children genuinely want to be part of. Together, we strive to reignite their passion for learning and empower them to reach their full potential.
Headteacher
At Westfield House School, our primary focus is on promoting self-confidence, encouraging independence, and providing firm, fair, and consistent boundaries for our students. We are dedicated to supporting effective and meaningful communication, helping each individual achieve their aspirations both academically and socially. The students are at the heart of all our plans and decisions, ensuring that their needs and voices are prioritised in our educational approach.
What Sets Us Apart
Our school offers a personalised curriculum tailored for both girls and boys aged between 10 and 18, accommodating up to 80 pupils. We provide a structured environment that includes Key Stages 2, 3, and 4, allowing students to learn in age-appropriate settings. Each day, students engage in academic lessons in the morning, followed by kinaesthetic learning in the afternoon as part of our diverse curriculum, ensuring a well-rounded educational experience meet the social, emotional, and educational needs of each student through a bespoke curriculum. We offer a blend of National Curriculum, including GCSE’s with content adapted to each learner, alongside vocational learning options.

Mark H, ParentI can’t thank Keys enough for the care and support they’ve provided for my daughter. The staff are always attentive, and they genuinely listen to her needs. She has made amazing progress in both her education and personal growth, and I see a brighter future for her every day. Keys has truly changed our lives for the better.
We welcome referrals and enquiries from parents and local authorities. To discuss how Keys Education can support your child, please contact us using the form below or reach out to our admissions team directly.
Parents, carers, or local authorities can contact us to discuss the needs of the child.
We ask the person wishing to commission the placement (normally the Local Authority) sends over relevant information, such as, EHCP, previous school reports, professionals reports.
This allows us to conduct a thorough assessment to determine if we are the right provision to meet needs.
Once we feel needs can be met, we work closely with all parties to facilitate the placement process. If the Local Authority request the place, this is subject to funding being agreed at a panel meeting.
After admission, we provide continuous support to ensure the child settles in well and their needs are met.
