• Blue Light Card: The blue light card is a discount service for the social care sector, providing our members with thousands of amazing discounts online and on the high street. You will unlock more than 15,000 discounts from large national retailers to local businesses across categories such as holidays, cars, days out, fashion, gifts, insurance, phones, and many more.

• Long Service Awards: We also show our appreciation to our loyal staff by offering a long service award. A gesture that is rewarded at key milestones.

• Pension Scheme: Every staff member is automatically enrolled in our Nest pension scheme which will match your funding up to 3%, helping save for your retirement.

• £500 Referral Bonus: We’re always on the lookout for new, talented employees to join our team. If you refer an applicant for one of these positions and they’re successful, you will split £500 between you. You will each receive a bonus payment of £25 once the new employee completes their successful interview, and then a further £225 each will be paid out once the new employee successfully completes their probation period. You can refer as many people as you like as long as you think they will be a good fit for a role at Keys.

• Enhanced Maternity and Paternity Pay: We offer enhanced maternity & paternity pay so that our staff are better equipped to make the decision to take more time off from work so that they can bond with their new child and spend time with the family during this crucial period. We also have a flexible working policy for colleagues in case they need to request a change to their contractual hours as their circumstances change.
