We are delighted to announce the publication of our third annual Quality Report.
At Keys Group, we believe in truly living our EPIC values; Excellence, Passion, Integrity and Caring. This means that as well as being passionate about delivering excellent care and education, that in doing so we act with integrity; we believe it’s essential that we are transparent about what we do; not just when it goes well, but when things could be better too.
The aim of this comprehensive report – to offer a clear view of Keys Group and the work we do, to benchmark our progress from year to year showing the real and tangible impact that this has on the lives of children, young people and families.
In it we report on the progress we have made in the goals we set for ourselves last year and how we will continue to drive those forward through the organisation for the benefit of the people support.
The report also shares details and statistics on our quality indicators including regulatory findings across our schools and homes. The report also looks carefully at our improvement projects and sets our priorities for 2022.
