Matt Mills our Contract Manager for the Cross Regional Project is not one for hiding his light under a bushel (as most of his colleagues know) or doing things by halves!
Not only did Matt recently win the Keys Chairpersons Award for services to the company he is now the Regional Winner of the Great British Care Award in the category of Outstanding Contribution!
The Great British Care Awards are a series of regional events throughout England and are a celebration of excellence across the care sector. The purpose of the awards is to pay tribute to those individuals who have demonstrated outstanding excellence within their field of work.
Matt was nominated for the award by former colleague, Michelle Humphries who commented ”Matthew is an inspiration to us all. He had dedicated his whole life to caring for others. Every decision he makes is made with the children’s interest at heart. In all her 25 years service in this area she had never met anyone more deserving of this award than Matthew”
Matt and some of his colleagues were invited to the Gala Presentation of the Regional Awards at Hilton Bankside London on 30 January 2016 and as a Regional winner Matt will go through to the National Finals which will take place on 20th May 2016 at The International Conference Centre in Birmingham.
Judging for the national finals will take place on 9th March. We are all very proud of his achievement and everyone at Keys Group wishes Matt every success for the final.
