Following a year of sharing, reflecting, and learning together, these are our Deputy Managers who have recently completed our Emerging Leaders Programme with areas covered including Developing a Vision, Strategic Planning, Leading Culture, Conflict Management, Finance & Budgeting, Leading the Inspection Process, and Effective Communication.
As I reflect on our journey over the last year, the quality of thinking, generosity of sharing, and level of commitment to leading our services to deliver the best quality of care has been a privilege to be part of, and again, worth noting the idea for our wonderful Emerging Leaders Conference in July came from this groups wish to further improve collaboration, communication, and inclusion of colleagues across our organisation.
