Keys Group held their annual conference last week, where managers across the organisation came together to share the future vision for the company. This year’s theme was “Good to Great!” and focused on how everyone can excel to achieve greatness.
The day included a guest appearance from Aleks Kashefi, who ran barefoot from Land’s End to John O’Groats as well as an iconic run throughout Europe – demonstrating the greatness that can be achieved, even through adversity, when we put our minds to it.
A competition was held to creatively capture the Keys Group mission statement – “Inspiring and supporting young people to live happy, healthy and successful lives” which saw a rich variety of entries from staff teams and young people, with prizes awarded to the joint winners.
The day’s event were rounded up with a prestigious awards ceremony and dinner , with every one of the Keys outstanding services recognised for their achievements, as well as the winners of the Keys Group EPIC Awards. The EPIC Awards reflect each one of the company’s values – Excellence, Passion, Integrity and Caring and nominations for staff were welcomed from colleagues, professionals in the sector, children and young people, as well as their parents and carers.
Trish Lee, CEO, commented
“The annual conference was an opportunity to share our ambitious plans for the future and to celebrate some of the great achievements of our Keys teams. I am confident we will continue to strive for greatness in all we do and consequently inspire the young people we support to do likewise.”
