Keys are delighted to launch their official new values EPIC – Excellence, Passion, Integrity and Caring. These values underpin the whole ethos at Keys Group and were chosen by asking others to describe the company in their own words.
At the annual conference held last week, managers across the organisation came together to plan the future vision for Keys Group, incorporating the EPIC Values into all aspects of the conference.
This included a heartfelt speech from Smash Life*, the story of two brothers’ journey through the care system and the impact it had on their lives, a multitude of energising and informative group activities, as well as celebrating the success of employees throughout the organisation, highlighting how they demonstrate EPIC values each day.
EPIC Awards Ceremony
Following the conference, an EPIC themed Awards Ceremony was held to officially recognise staff who go truly above and beyond expectations. Each award reflected one of the 4 EPIC company values and nominations were welcomed from colleagues, professionals in the sector, children and young people, as well as their parents and carers.
Awards were also presented to all of our Outstanding and Excellent services across England and Wales.
