Keys Group are perhaps best known for supporting young people with emotional or behavioural needs but we have a number of niche services providing support for young people with differing complex needs. One such service is Tourmaline in Hampshire.
Tourmaline offers residential and respite care supporting up to six young people up to the age of 18. The home is specifically adapted to meet complex health needs. This can include life limiting conditions, disability associated with cerebral palsy, brain injury or birth trauma.
Awarded the highest possible Ofsted grade of ‘Outstanding‘ the home provides a very high quality standard of care and accommodation, offering opportunities for young people to reach their potential physically, emotionally, psychologically, intellectually and socially.

At every opportunity the home strives to enable the young people in its care to lead active and fulfilling lives, in a safe, caring, supportive, and creative environment. Every day brings something new to the lives of the young people and they take part in a wide variety of activities and events.

Despite communication difficulties our dedicated staff always strive to take into account the young people’s views wishes and feelings. Using this information they can engage with them and build positive relationships enabling them to be involved in making decisions about all aspect of their care. Staff also work closely with a wide network of professionals to ensure the young people receive the very best care possible.
