We are currently seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Registered Manager for our Registered Children’s Home based within the Halifax Area. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established team to help the home develop and improve on its outcomes for our Young People.
The successful applicant will have a passion for looking after children within the care sector and a desire to get the best outcomes for them.
You will also have a have a Minimum of five years child care experience and a minimum of two years experience in Management within children’s services and possess registered managers award/NVQ4 or QCF L5 in leadership and management in child care or equivalent.
Our unique psychologically informed care planning and intervention (PICI) process ensures we deliver individually tailored programmes for each of our children. All staff joining us will be trained and supported in developing this process to make a real difference in children’s lives
