We all know that a pre requisite for providing good outcomes are staff who are respected by colleagues, positive and “go that extra mile” for the children and colleagues they work with.
As such Keys wanted to ensure that staff are recognised and rewarded in some way and in December we held our very first Keys Group Annual Staff Awards event!
All employees and children placed in our care were given the opportunity to nominate any staff who had demonstrated excellence in whichever setting they worked and who might be worthy recipient/s of one of 6 categories of Awards.
Over 170 nominations were received and the Judges had a very difficult time selecting the Winners and Runners up.
The winners were invited to the special, inaugural event in Belfast and were presented with their Awards personally by Heather Laffin (Chief Executive)
