Praise for Coed Duon staff!

I have worked both as a support worker and as a tutor in a number of
homes such as this one in the past. I have never emailed about a house
before but I know in the main you will probably only ever hear from
people when things go wrong rather than hearing the good side.
I have been struck by the excellent staff at Coed Duon. They are supportive to both the children but also to external staff coming in.
Anything I need or ask for is met with enthusiasm and I feel that
anything I say to my student is completely reiterated by staff.
They check with me if they are unsure of something she has said and are
always excellent at encouraging education, something I know many homes
are not too interested in.
In the time I have been going to Coed Duon there have been occasions
where incidents have occurred that need dealing with immediately, the
staff are excellent at maintaining and monitoring the situations as well as keeping everyone else safe.
Having worked in care homes for nearly 5 years I feel it is important
that you are aware of the excellent staff you have working for you,
something lacking in other homes I have worked in. They are professional, approachable and very welcoming, a credit to your company.
